How we build it

The panel is built alongside the machine rather than bought in at the end, so the interlocks actually match the mechanics. Pull-cords, zero-speed and belt-sway switches are wired into the sequence, not just terminated. Where a line has several drives, the PLC handles the cascade start and the reverse-order stop so nothing is left loaded when the line halts.

Do you supply the panel with the conveyor?

Yes, as standard. Building the panel and the machine together is what makes the safety interlocks and the start sequence work first time at site instead of being patched during commissioning.

Can you integrate with our existing plant PLC?

Yes. We can supply the drive and field wiring with clean interface terminals for your plant PLC, or supply a complete standalone panel with its own PLC and HMI. Tell us which at enquiry stage.
