How we build it

Every rotating part in the machines we build is turned here, which is why the drawings are believable — we are quoting work we do ourselves. Shafts, pulleys, drums, bushes and sprocket blanks in MS, SS 304 and SS 316. We also take in job work to drawing, and the same tolerances and inspection apply whether the part is going into our own assembly or out of the door.

Do you take job work to our drawing?

Yes. Send the drawing with material grade, tolerances and quantity and we will quote it. Turned components, plate profiles, formed sections and welded fabrications.

What tolerances can you hold?

Normal turning work is held to IT7 on fitted diameters, closer where the drawing calls for it and the feature allows. Tell us the fit rather than only the size and we will work to it.
